Authors declare their participation by sending a completed application to e-mail: conference.fvm.uof@gmail.com.
- Official languages of the conference are Bulgarian and English.
- Plenary lecture – up to 30 minutes
- Oral presentation – up to 10 minutes
- Poster – size 70 × 100 cm
- Submitted materials must not have been previously published.
Abstract technical requirements
- Prepared in Microsoft Word (margins: top/bottom/left/right – 2.5 cm; Portrait orientation).
- Saved as *.doc; file name pattern: I_Ivanov_Abstract_2026.doc (in Latin).
- Sent by e-mail.

- Title (in Bulgarian and English)
- Author(s) name and scientific organization
- Key words (4–6)
- Main text (up to 500 characters)
- Contact address and e-mail
Requirements for scientific papers
All submitted papers are printed after review by two independent reviewers in the faculty's scientific journal, published in English. The journal is available online and in print and is indexed in international databases.
A4 format, Times New Roman, 12 pt; margins: top 30 mm, bottom/right/left 20 mm; single line spacing; paragraph indent 1 cm. Total length up to 6 pages.
Structure: Title, Authors, Affiliation, Abstract and keywords, Introduction, Material and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
