The deadline for submission of application is 15.03.2026
The abstracts formatted according to the requirements must be sent by 15.03.2026 to the email: conference.fvm.uof@gmail.com. All submitted applications and abstracts will be considered by the organizers in a timely manner and the corresponding author will receive information on the acceptance (rejection) of the application at the indicated e-mail.
The participation in the conference will be through online presentation of the materials by sections, according to the approved program of the conference.
Each applicant submits in English language, a summary of his/her scientific investigation (up to 2 issues), designed in accordance with the requirements.
It is required for presentations that are in PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx formats) to be formatted appropriately and with explanatory text to the photos, and with limite up to 20 slides for scientific communications. The posters will be presented within 3 minutes, again in electronic version. The materials will not be uploaded on the e-page of the conference, but will be presented and scientifically evaluated by sections at a pre-approved schedule by the moderators. After making their assessment, with comments and recommendations, the corresponding author will be informed so that they are taken into account when finalizing a scientific article.
The submitted materials must not have been published to date.
The program will be received and requests for advertising company presentations.
Official languages of the conference: English and Bulgarian.

poster - size 70 x 100 cm - up to 3 minutes
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF SUMMARY
- The abstract should be written in a computer program Microsoft Word (general settings: Margins: Top - 2.5 cm; Bottom - 2.5 cm; Left - 2.5 cm; Right - 2.5 cm. Orientation: Portrait, Multiple pages: Mirror margins).
- File to be saved as * .doc.
- The file name must have the following structure: I_Ivanov_Abstract_2026.doc
- The file name must be written in Latin.
- Summary shall be sent by e-mail to: conference.fvm.uof@gmail.com

- Title - enter the title.
- Author's name and the name of the scientific organization, City, Country
- Key words: between 4 and 6
- Submit your abstract text. The abstract should not contain images, tables, figures or chemical structures.
